Administrative Coordinator/Clinic Manager, Regional

Currently, our  fast-pace growing Medical Clinic is looking for a Administrative Coordinator/Clinic Manager, Regional to work for us a on a full-time permanent basis supporting our Montreal and Ottawa clinics. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Effectively managing staff including performance management, recruiting, on-boarding and training of new employees
  • Coaching and motivating the team
  • Building strong relationships with our employees, doctors and patients
  • Setting our standards and procedures for our office
  • Networking with our external partners, including pharmaceutical sales reps and family physicians
  • Project Management opportunities for ad-hoc projects, both regionally and nationally
  • Promoting new practices; which includes but is not limited to; effectively networking with industry related contacts and conducting site visits to increase patient referrals. Targets include:
    • Physicians and physician clinics, community health centres
    • Hospitals and long-term care facilities
    • Pharmacies’
    • Non-referred patients(patient approaching LMC directly via, employers, workplace, schools, community centres, places of worship, malls)

We’d like to see:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience working in a medical/healthcare office with ideally 1-2 years of experience leading or managing teams
  • You’ll need a car – we’re a regional organization
  • You will be based in Montreal with travel to the Ottawa clinic as required

We’d love to see:

  • Demonstrated ability to build effective teams and be a leader
  • Previous experience in a sales or marketing environment
  • Successful track record in multi-tasking and problem solving
  • Working experience in an EMR office environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
