About the Role

LMC Footcare is hiring a Chiropody Administrative Coordinator to support our Footcare Team across multiple clinic locations. This role is ideal for someone with clinical administrative experience who enjoys improving processes, supporting teams, and delivering excellent patient service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming patient calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Coordinate and manage patient referrals
  • Assist with onboarding new Footcare providers
  • Create and maintain training materials and documentation
  • Liaise with IT to support systems (EMR, online booking, POS)
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Support the development and implementation of clinic administrative policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • Administrative experience in a clinical setting (e.g. physiotherapy, chiropractic, pedorthic, chiropody, or similar)
  • Experience with EMR systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable learning new systems and training others
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle

Compensation Range: The expected compensation for the position is $40,000-$44,000/annually. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's credentials, experience and geographic location in which the position is located.
